at gingerman, our philosophy is simple: to create uncomplicated, full flavoured food made from the freshest, highest quality seasonal produce. we currently have four establishments in the brighton and hove area.
our first is an intimate little restaurant situated in norfolk square just up from the seafront on the border of brighton and hove.
our second can be found on marine parade at brighton's hip boutique hotel, drakes.
last year we opened the ginger pig public house in hove street, is a more relaxed foodie hang out offering traditional food with a modern twist.
our fourth and latest addition, is the ginger fox our countryside based public house, which can be on the henfield road, albourne. it is a 15 minute drive from brighton and only 5 minutes from henfield and hurstpeirpoint.
