At gingerman restaurant group in sussex, our philosophy is simple: to create uncomplicated, full flavoured food made from the freshest, highest quality seasonal produce. We currently have four restaurants in the brighton and hove area.

We launched our first Brighton restaurant 12 years ago. an intimate little fine dining eatery situated in Norfolk Square just up from the seafront on the border of brighton and hove.

In 2007 we then opened the Ginger Pig public house in Hove Street, this is more of a more relaxed foodie hang out offering traditional food with a modern twist. We were awarded a bib gourmand in the Michelin Guide with in the first year and have been awarded it every year since.

With a huge beer garden, a children's play area and wonderful views the Ginger Fox is our countryside based public house opened in 2008. It is a 15 minute drive from Brighton and only 5 minutes from Henfield and Hurstpeirpoint. The Ginger Fox has also been awarded a Bib Gourmand.

Our latest venue is the Ginger Dog a local pub offering real ales and great drinks as well as good hearty menu of traditional pub food with the signature ginger twist.
